Warranty

All lumavit devices come with a 30-day return period as well as a 2-year warranty under European Union regulations.

If during the applicable warranty period you submit a valid claim to lumavit, lumavit will, at its option, (i) repair the Products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts of Products, or (ii) replace the Product with a functionally equivalent product at no charge, or (iii) exchange the Product for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

As a consumer, you are requested to check the item/digital goods or the service provided immediately upon fulfillment of the contract for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, this will of course have no effect on your statutory warranty claims.


In the case of an applicable warranty all shipping and handling costs will be covered by lumavit.

The goods supplied by lumavit are only subject to an (extended) guarantee if the customer was expressly informed of such a guarantee and the terms thereof prior to the commencement of the order process.
